Key Responsibilities Further develop worldwide regions for all Oil & Gas recruitment activity outside of the Drilling Contractor market. Maintain existing and develop new key client relationships across EMEA region. Develop your specialist vertical market within choose Oil & Gas market. Ideally this will be Upstream, Subsurface, Drilling, Geosciences etc. Represent the business brand effectively and professionally. Qualities and experience Minimum 2 years "360 recruitment" external/agency experience from Oil & Gas or closely related Energy or Engineering market. Preference for someone who has worked with projects in the Oil & Gas industry Stable career history. Excellent telephone manner Headhunting experience Business Development skills Natural sales ability Self-starter who gets results with minimal support and direction in a fast-paced environment Perseverance.
