Role Purpose: Working across the Harrow Mencap Group, the Service Manager will lead the day to day operations of Corporate Services, delivering several overarching corporate functions i.e. Campaigns and Communications, Business Development, Quality Assurance and Compliance, training etc. Reporting to: Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the job-holder will be responsible for the following key duties: Lead and manage key initiatives with the aim of ensuring an integrated approach to the delivery of high-quality services Working across all teams to ensure the Quality Assurance process is embedded in management and operational tasks Developing and implementing quality systems and processes e.g. quality audits, - that support continuous improvement and ensure compliance The maintenance and renewal of key Quality Marks e.g. IiP Building and developing positive relationships with individuals, businesses, third sector organisations, commissioners and other key stakeholders Any other relevant duty as assigned by the line manager Our ideal candidate should demonstrate ability in conceptualising policies, systems and quality audit, act as internal consultant with expert knowledge on monitoring and evaluation of business activities. He/she must have ability to initiate and develop new business streams, attract funding opportunities, lead team and relate at all levels while demonstrating our values in campaigning for people with disabilities.
