We are looking for a Administrator to join a well established Customer Service team. You will be working with the team to provide a professional service to customers. Ideally looking for a Graduate with Customer Service Experience. Duties will include: Confirm meeting dates with the customers Liaison with engineers over forthcoming work/ arranging accommodation etc / other issues which help with efficient completion of work Ensuring paperwork is completed correctly by engineers, including understanding the issues surrounding incomplete works on site Arranging remedial works and completion of paperwork for remedial work Deal with any production extras that are required General department efficiency / organization incl. paper trails, filing etc Reports to be kept updated daily Maintain and update debtor report daily with accurate detailed information Maintain and update purchase log Telephone liaison with customers before work commences making sure customers understand what is expected of them when we get to site Any administrative issues and any reasonable assistance that may be needed in the smooth running of the business. All aspects of Parking requirements and PCN's Booking chargeable work and making sure all paperwork and monies are in prior to us attending Monitoring the Managers emails when he is out of the office and responding to the non-sensitive emails. Booking the Managers post inspection appointments.
