WORKING HOURS: Various shifts available 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday - earlier finish on a Friday. THE ROLE: As part of our client's continued growth we have a vacancy for the following role. The successful CNC Setter / Programmer will use your previous experience in programming and setting of CNC lathes or millers. The CNC Setter / Programmer will be responsible for ensuring product is manufactured on time to the highest quality standards. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate personal responsibility and take ownership for their work. A team player who can make decisions under pressure and demonstrate good problem-solving skills Key experience essential for the role of CNC Setter / Programmer based in Chapel en le Frith, High Peak: Within a commutable distance of Chapel en le Frith, High Peak Previous experience programming and setting CNC Lathes or Milling centres Experience using FANUC controls Worked within a team environment Plastics experience is not essential but would be an advantage. Familiar with Inspection equipment and techniques Ability to read detailed engineering drawings G-Code Mastercam would be desirable but is not essential. Problem Solving Does this sound like you?
