A Property Manager is required to join a quickly expanding Letting agency. The company is part of a property investment and development company quickly expanding its lettings division, with a fun and vibrant working atmosphere. Their ambition and professionalism is matched only by its 'feel good' office environment. The Property Manager needs to have experience within the lettings industry, preferably as a property manager. The right candidate should have good organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, possess excellent administration skills plus have good written and verbal communication. Property Manager role overview: - Overseeing all the maintenance of properties and managing the in-house maintenance team's diary - Managing and co-ordinating sub-contractors - Ensuring all properties have the relevant legal requirements and certificates - Performing regular inspections and carrying out end of tenancy / start of tenancy inventories - Carrying out all administrative duties associated with managing the portfolio Property Manager Requirements: - Lettings Industry background - Full driving license - Live locally to Portsmouth, Hampshire Office hours are better than most traditional lettings agents, we work Monday - Friday from 9.30am - 6.00pm (you may be required to take occasional evening/weekend calls). - 20 days paid holiday per year (increasing every year to a max of 25 days). - Office work place pension. - Company phone & laptop included.
