Role Description - You will be required to carry out the usual purchase ledger administrative duties - inputting purchase invoices, matching delivery notes to invoices, setting up new suppliers on Sage, liaising with suppliers, resolving outstanding queries, bank reconciliation, completing payment runs, filing purchase invoices, plus submitting VAT and EU sales returns, processing year-end on Sage. General office duties - answering the phone, conveying messages to colleagues. Role Responsibilities - Responsibility for the smooth running and maintenance of the purchase ledger system. Skills and qualifications: Essential - Experience of Sage 50. Strong IT skills in particular with word, outlook and excel. Desirable - Education up to GCSE level. Good communication skills - both written and verbal. Benefits - 3 days work per week - 9.00-5.30 with half an hour for lunch (24 hours per week).
