Joining our busy team as a Data Processor, you will ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient, accurate and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash, refunds and payments. You will act as an escalation point for the team on technical and complex queries and support the Data Processing Team Leader in ensuring the smooth running of the data processing team. Key responsibilities include: Ensure that all securitisation daily timing / requirements are adhered to Responsible for the input and allocation of cash, refunds, payments, invoices and credit notes. Ensures that security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels. What do I need? Our ideal Data Processor must have a strong technical knowledge and desire to progress within the team. You must be an approachable coach who is seen as a knowledge expert within Data Processing. We are looking for someone who will be able to manage the normal day to activities of a Data Processor along with the additional responsibilities of issue escalation and supporting the operational development needs of the team. You will have experience of working in a role which required rapid and accurate handling of data or processes as well as experience of regular client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service. Experience of a high-pressure data entry and processing role within a financial or factoring environment would be beneficial.
