We're looking for an Administrator to come and join a fast growing team of Independent Financial Advisors in Doncaster. Looking to pay between £17,000 - £20,000 depending on experience and qualifications and benefits include a Company Pension, performance related bonus and private medical. You will need to be able to drive to get to the client's offices as they are not close to any local transport routes however they may be moving to Doncaster town centre by the end of August. Administrator brief responsibilities: Processing Letters of Authority (LOAs) & gathering ceding information Input CFRs - copying information from a handwritten form and inputting into our online system Submitting and chasing new business Letter writing & client contact Updating valuations (using word and excel) Processing new business applications (pension/investment/protection) Preparing meeting packs Liaising with 3rd party providers Dealing with client queries e.g. withdrawals/death of a client/change of address/fund switches/trust documents Drafting client letters and e-mails Administrator Skills and abilities: Some Financial Services experience would be ideal but not essential Candidates with other previous administration roles in other industries will be considered Hard working and organised Someone who is aspirational (wants a career not a job) A problem-solver with ability to self-teach This role will suit someone who has experience in administration and is looking for a career with a company.
