The company aims to be the market leader and specialize in a range of products and services - Business Mobile Phones, Fixed Line Connections and Phone Systems, Mobile Data Connections, Broadband, Repairs and more. What You'll Be Doing as the Service Coordinator: Ensuring both paperwork and CRM data are correct and can be forwarded to connections Assisting with any issues raised once the process of the deal is started Supporting the account manager with account management queries and running projects Ensuring correct work is passed to connections and the work has been pre-vetted Keeping the account page management up-to-date Providing customer service admin support What You'll Need as a Service Coordinator: Proficient with all systems including Desk.com, Salesforce & Union Street (training to be given!)
