Part time Service Delivery Team Administrator Start date: Nov or Dec 2018 - Preferred hours: 8:30-13:30 Mon-Fri (interviewing now until early November) Are you highly organised and love delivering exceptional customer service? A leading occupational health provider is growing and this has led to us seeking a part time Service Delivery Administrator to assist us with the workload. The role has room to evolve over time so we're looking for someone who can adapt and thrives on change! You'll primarily be responsible for the booking of all types of health assessments and providing administrative support to our Service Delivery Team. Day to day you can expect to be involved with the following; liaising and supporting customers to ensure we are meeting our service level agreements for all pre-placement assessments/health surveillance referrals ensuring that our clients are reminded of recall/due dates managing and booking health assessment appointments (both manual and electronic) ensuring that all results and correspondence are completed and filed ensuring that all correspondence and clinical results are matched to medical records and given to clinical staff for action filing Medical Records ensuring that medical records and appropriate paperwork are ready for clinics inputting data and collating statistics and information for invoicing purposes liaising with the clinical staff concerning clinical outcomes and clients' cases managing the email inbox for service delivery queries and bookings answering client and customer queries requesting GP/Specialist reports and ensuring report requests are followed up supporting customer feedback and satisfaction surverys providing administrative support to the Service Delivery Team dealing with and responding to telephone/email enquiries on a day to day basis ensuring our mobile screening unit is fully ready for service delivery taking and typing of Service Delivery minutes of meetings providing administration and phone support to other departments as required You'll offer a high standard of English and confidence working with MS Office suite inc. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel, with some relevant experience in a previous administrative role. The workload is steady and we anticipate that you will evolve with the role as the organisation takes on new business in the coming months.
