Sewell Wallis are currently working on an exclusive basis with a leading service based business within the North Bradford area. Our client are looking for an experienced Contract/Compliance Administrator to join a well-established client services team of six. This is a newly created position and is an excellent time to join a large, growing business where progression and development from within is really encouraged. The role will mainly focus upon providing excellent customer service to a large, varied portfolio of clients and there will be a strong emphasis around completing and carrying out full audit and compliance checks of current contractual setups and systems. Full training and support will be provided and the role will report into a dynamic, supportive and approachable Manager. The main duties of the role will be - -Reviewing and ensuring that the current contractual system is setup correctly with the correct documentation -Ensuring that the invoicing has been raised and the amounts are for the right values -Confirming that the contracted services are being delivered by the appropriate service team and that all contracts and legislations are in place -Ensuring that all contract states are aligned and dealing with any anomalies or issues -Following the correct process for each individual client in regards to getting them signed off and authorised -Reviewing and presenting to the line manager any issues or problems with current processes and implementing new systems and procedures -Preparing and issuing contract documentation for client reviews and meetings -Setting up new contracts and processing any amendments to current contracts as and when needed -Preparing and being part of contractual awareness workshops -Resolving any contractual queries or issues -Carrying out internal audits to ensure that all services are being delivered to the required standard -Liaising closely with the Client Account Managers The ideal candidate will - -Have worked within a similar role and will have an understanding and practical working experience of contracts and the contractual process -Have strong commercial and analytical skills -Be able to build up relationships at all levels and will be comfortable negotiating and influencing key stakeholders within the business whilst remaining professional -Have excellent written skills and attention to detail -Have had experience of working with multiple clients and projects -Be comfortable working towards targets and deadlines For more information please contact Gemma Watmough Sewell Wallis acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
