A high-growth, international software design company is looking to hire a talented business partner to support an exciting business partnering implementation project. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to establish key relationships and embed a business partnering culture in order to support future growth analysis. Responsibilities Partner with General Managers and Operations Leaders to understand current and to-be models for financial management and performance. Provide Financial Planning and Analysis, P&L management guidance, short term risk mitigation and long-term planning support Take ownership of improving the level of financial strength and financial inputs to support the decision-making of General Managers and leaders in your partner organizations Requirements Must be degree educated in a numerate subject Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Must have started career either within the Big 4 or a large commercial graduate scheme. Successful experience with as-is and to-be commercial business models is required Must be P&L literate, with a significant depth of financial background, including capital management and revenue models Must have experience in a similar role partnering with business units to help build financial stability in a business In exchange for your expertise you will receive a competitive compensation package and join a business with a high-performance, collaborative culture.
