Essential Experience: Operational HR experience essential Proven experience of managing high volume and complex employee relation cases Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with impact and influence Strong communication skills both written and verbal including ability to communicate to a broad range of audiences A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to HR essential.
