The programme is tasked with remediating client level data deficiencies which reduce the risk that our clients fall victim to financial crime and to make it harder for criminals to use Barclays to launder the proceeds of crime Your Role Responsible for the successful delivery of programmes to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards. Manages the programme end to end including the IT elements of delivery Works with stakeholders to define the vision and translates that vision into an agreed roadmap which aligns to the broader business landscape and themes. Builds the environment and relationships needed to deliver change quickly and efficiently Identifies, assesses and manages programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate via the agreed governance framework and change standards. Establish and run Working Groups or initiative level governance (eg programme forum) meetings (as appropriate) Manages resources, budget, governance and reporting Create and maintain a sense of urgency and purpose in programme delivery, building a powerful coalition to help overcome obstacles and ensure a robust handover to BAU Essential Skills Extensive financial sector experience Extensive experience in managing programmes end to end with; Medium to high complexity, business critical and large cross-functional team spanning multiple regions and regulatory functions A proven track record of the full programme life cycle delivery Strong analytical/problem solving mindset but with the ability and willingness to get into the details to find solutions.
