Lettings Administrator 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract - Leeds Up to £18,000 + Benefits My client is a professional and reputable Letting Agent, based in Leeds. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy lettings office in Hyde Park on an initial, 12 months fixed-term basis with potential for longer term employment for the right person. The successful Lettings Administrator will support with a wide range of administrative duties and work closely with team to ensure effective and timely completion of daily tasks. Key responsibilities include: - Reconcile rental income, fees and charges - Process cash and cheque payments - Manage and respond to incoming mail - Make and receive calls including contacting tenants to make arrangements - Manage accurate tenant records - Process utility bills and any related queries Essential Skills: - Minimum 12 months experience in a relevant administrative role - Good verbal and written communication skills - Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications - Ability to relate well to people at all levels - Good team player - Experience within a property lettings environment - desirable Working Hours: 37.5 hou8rs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (one hour for lunch).
