GDS - ANY LOCATION CONSIDERED Are you looking to move away from a target based role into a more strategic marketing based role? Experienced Account Manager/Business Development Manager ideally with a background as a travel bookings agent or travel customer service agent required to join a successful leisure organisation looking to expand and develop their brand and increase market share. You will be responsible for building a clearly defined strategy to support the development of the organisation, working with key commercial trade partners to develop business as well as sourcing new business based on changes in the market. You will need to be a confident self starter with an ability to self manage as you will be working independently a lot of the time, travelling UK wide to visit clients and partners developing relationships, delivering and rolling out product awareness sessions and attending roadshows and marketing events representing the company brand at such events. Your role will be to develop, source and maintain business for the airline, managing promotional campaigns and all marketing activity and you will be ultimately responsible for delivering a defined ROI without the specific sales targets often seen in similar roles.
