Sales Support Administrator - Order Processing Nottingham £17,000 - £19,000 About them: Our creative client is well established, expanding and friendly. They are experts in their field who truly value their staff. Overview: This role will be dealing with credit cards orders that come in via their website and sales/sales support team. Administration based but also with a strong customer focus which requires a confident, friendly and professional telephone manner. You will also be processing various reports and occasional reception cover will also be required. Key Duties: Processing credit card orders that come in via the web and the sales team Providing reception cover when required Processing daily and weekly reports Updating and remaining in contact with web order customers Liaising with new customers on the telephone Answering calls and transferring to relevant team members Working closely with other departments General administration Contact with suppliers Internal queries Essential Criteria: Previous Sales Admin / Customer Service Admin / Accounts Admin experience Strong written and oral communication skills High levels of customer service awareness and delivery Commercial awareness Attention to detail Be able to work as part of a team A clear sense of self-motivation and capacity to work under your own initiative. Experienced in using different systems and an ability to learn new systems, processes and technologies. The ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
