This company has provided a range of property marketing services from their Berkshire head office for over 25 years. They have over 100 employees based in the UK and South Africa. This includes 80+ people nationally, providing estate agents with detailed Floorplans, Professional Photography, Energy Performance Certificates and Property Inventories. Job Opportunity: They are ideally looking for a qualified DEA or an experienced Inventory Clerk to join their team in their Oxfordfordshire region. The candidate must be willing to be dual trained to become a dual skilled DEA / Inventory Clerk. Candidates with no experience will be considered if you have transferable skills to bring to the role. The role will incorporate carrying out detailed Property Inventories (report writing and property assessment for defects and damages), carrying out move-in Check Ins with new tenants, and move-out Check Outs with outgoing tenants, compiling EPC's and drawing Professional floorplans. The working hours are 5 days a week, (working every other Saturday with a day off during the week in lieu). You will be required to travel within an approximate 30/40 mile radius of your home. Essential skills are: - Excellent attention to detail. - Strong written skills, report writing. - Strong work ethic. - Ability to work alone in a field based environment, working on your own initiative to solve problems. - Confident and calm to manage and resolve problems. - To engage and build strong relationships with our clients. What They Offer: Basic Salary of £24,00 p.a dependant on experience. Company Car or Car Allowance.
