WORKING HOURS: Full-time, Monday to Friday THE COMPANY: Our client is a busy Property Management / Investment Company based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly and busy team. THE ROLE: The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will play their part in the continued success of our client base. This will be a challenging role within the Property Management Sector, where you will be required to input invoices onto the system, settle supplier accounts and resolving invoice queries. Key Responsibilities for the role of an Purchase Ledger Clerk:- Inputting jobs orders ensuring the correct invoices are matched to these Coding invoices and checking VAT Monthly pay run Setting up new suppliers Reconciliation of supplier statements to invoices Making regular payments to solicitors, for maintenance etc Helping with post and other adhoc duties when required THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have an Purchase Ledger background, be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential and you must be self motivated. The ideal candidate with have excellent organisational skills and will live within a commutable distance to Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
