The [Cross-Sales/Outflows] D2C Marketing Team manage a wide range of marketing activities. From direct marketing campaigns to the creation and management of product materials and web pages, there is an ongoing focus on meeting commercial objectives. You would be part of a team that works collaboratively across the Marketing function and adopts an analytical approach in identifying and addressing challenges with insightful and creative solutions. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating, delivering and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and managing core promotional materials for our existing customers. Researching and assessing business needs you will create compelling market plans that support our [Cross-Sales/Outflows] D2C activity by developing literature and campaigns. To be successful in the role, you will: Have significant experience of working in marketing areas within Financial Services. Have relevant experience in a target driven marketing team. Have drive and insight to continuously improve activities and customer experience. Be analytical and take a solutions based approach to your role. Be pro-active and be used to working autonomously on assigned tasks. Be confident in liaising with and managing activity with internal stakeholders and 3rd party relationships. Be good at writing compelling copy that really appeals to our customers. Understand and implement comprehensive test and learn programmes where appropriate. The role is/roles are Full time maternity covers and is/are based at our Craigforth head office in Stirling.
