Our client is looking for a CRM Administrator to join their office in Ely on a full time basis, with a starting salary of £18-22k plus excellent benefits. You'll be reporting to the Marketing Project Manager, and working with, amongst others, the Marcomms team, product managers, Head of Group Marketing, and external agencies.
The CRM system administrator will play a key role in ensuring the CRM database runs smoothly.
Main CRM duties and responsibilities:
Managing the database - cleanse/update and maintain a healthy data flow.
Collaboratively working with CRM users, IT departments and external CRM consultants to resolve any challenges and also to identify more opportunities to meaningfully engage with customers.
Organising and helping with training, through events, documents, videos and content creation.
Regular and actionable data analysis on CRM performance, identifying issues and suggesting solutions
This CRM admin role will suit a flexible, highly organised, passionate marketing professional who is able to work on their own initiative.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree-level qualification (preferably in business or marketing), or A-level (or equivalent) education plus relevant work experience
Previous relevant job experience, ideally in a business or a marketing CRM role
High standard of written and spoken English, and great communication skills
Good working knowledge of IT
The CRM administrator salary on offer in £18-22k for a 37.5 hour working week. There is also a competitive benefits package, including an additional 5% of salary pension fund contribution, private family health Insurance, income protection insurance, life assurance, and 23 days' annual holiday (rising to 27 days).
