Purpose of the role: The position of HR/Admin/Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator is to provide a three-tiered support to the Management and Sales team within T4S. HR support to assist with all HR related issues, Administrative Support for the Management team and handling internal recruitment candidates/arranging interviews/contract issuance etc. Duties: HR Support Handing out pay-slips to employees Handling recruitment applications for prospective T4S staff - finding CVs, arranging interviews and finalising paperwork Identifying candidates by searching on job boards, LinkedIn, Social Media and writing effective adverts to attract interest Speaking to candidates to qualify them for Sales roles, identify fresh candidates from internal referrals and promote the company referral scheme Monitoring absences, holiday, maternity, paternity etc. Keeping employees personnel records up to date Handling GDPR related admin tasks and communication Updating company documentation as and when required Required skills/Attributes: Strong communication skills - Both written and verbal Excellent Administrative & Organisational skills Motivated and enthusiastic Working experience within an Administrative role Driven and hard working.
