Senior Underwriter/Finance Specialist/Wholesale/Floorplan/Permanent/Negotiable salary/North London My financial services client is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Underwriter/Finance Specialist for an exciting permanent role to be based out of their North London office. You will be joining the business a time of growth and will be integral in aiding the organisation in achieving its goals and more specially growing their loan book whilst mitigating credit risks. Your day to day tasks will be varied and will include underwriting prestige car loans, credit assessing floorplan stocking finance applications and monitoring ongoing floorplan finance client credit risk. In addition you will be responsible for legal recoveries of any defaulting floorplan finance agreements and the recovery of amounts through the sale of the underlying vehicle security. You will need previous experience within car finance operations and experience of credit assessing floorplan finance applications. You will also need experience of ongoing monitoring of credit risk of live floorplan finance agreements. The ability to effectively assess credit risk in the situations outlined above is critical to success in this role.
