Our client, a top-tier technology company is seeking a Personal Assistant/Business Administrator to join their fast paced, and growing team Responsibilities: Managing multiple c-suite level diaries Provide complex administrative support for senior executives as well as business groups Create and manage data plan through Microsoft Office suite Develop, maintain and review electronic knowledge management files and systems to support and enhance information storage/retrieval, dissemination and confidentiality, liaising internally where appropriate. To provide support and assistance to all employees, new starters and where appropriate assist with key tasks when colleagues are absent To keep up to date divisional organisational charts and email distribution lists Manage and maintain department Director's diary in order to drive the effectiveness of their working time. As part of a growing team, who specialist in Real Estate and Private equity funds, you will oversee the purchase of new properties and handle all transactions. Once a property has been identified, you would work with investors to ensure proper legal documentation and controls are in place. Once this has been confirmed, you will need to ensure that money is received from investors and that payment is made for the properties in the agreed time frames.
