In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact on our accounts, building and maintaining client relationships to maximise profitability and successful partnership of accounts. You'll enjoy day to day responsibility for the relationship management of client hiring managers. Furthermore, your ability to build internal relationships and accurately brief our support teams will ensure that you benefit from first class delivery of quality candidates for your clients' roles. Other key responsibilities include:- Ensuring that the recruitment process is delivered to service level agreement standards Acting as an ambassador for the client's recruitment brand Networking across given clients and introducing new RSG solutions Visiting client offices to ensure a consistent onsite presence is maintained. Who you are This is a true business partnering position requiring a strong customer service professional capable of building relationships with all levels of clients and internal stakeholders. You may already be working in a Recruitment Consultant position where you're renowned for your ability to manage client requirements and identify opportunities for additional service provision. Alternatively, you may be an Account/Relationship Specialist in a different field where you have gained a wealth of experience mapping clients and transferable skills to the fast paced, exciting recruitment industry. Regardless of background, you've the ability to network and influence across diverse client/customer cultures. You possess a consultative and considered approach and you're passionate about making ethical decisions that will benefit both the clients you work with and RSG.
