The opportunity Due to continued growth, Resource Management is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) to join the Client Services division and work with one of our high profile financial services clients based in York. This role will be based within our client's York offices where you'll join our cohesive and fully Embedded team. You'll also benefit from regular visits to our Leeds city centre RSG office and liaison with the RSG head office in Bristol to build valuable internal relationships. Reporting to the UK Talent Lead - RPO & MSP, key responsibilities will include: Proactively finding solutions to business challenges across sourcing/on-boarding & managing contingent workers Being the day to day face of the outsourced recruitment service; relationship management of key hiring managers and stakeholders Driving the process and coordinating activity to ensure that the service is effectively delivered Building internal relationships with RSG divisions to effectively deliver the customer solution Successful delivery against the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Effectively communicating and identifying opportunities to grow the business portfolio. Who you are This is a true business partnering position requiring a strong customer service professional capable of building relationships with all levels of customer. Ideally, you're already working as an RBP within an MSP model or you're a recruitment consultant/coordinator for contingency recruitment who is seeking the next step in your career. You may also be working as part of an internal talent acquisition function with the desire to apply your effective stakeholder management skills to a new environment. You'll bring the following skills and experience: Recruitment & selection methodology experience within a fast paced environment An awareness of employment legislation The ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome The ability to create, develop and maintain a personal brand that positions you as a trusted recruitment expert Ability to promote cross team collaboration and resolve issues effectively.
