THIS IS A NEW ROLE TO MAKE YOUR OWN AND GROW As HR Business Partner you will create, drive and deliver HR Strategy: You will act as an intermediary between the Senior Leadership of the business and with the various HR functions. Generalist HR knowledge is required and so CIPD qualification or a HR related degree is desirable. Any international experience is also highly advantageous, in particular knowledge of French HR Regulations and Law. Any additional languages would be beneficial BUT NOT essential; German, French, Spanish A Professional Services background is also sought after and so you will have ideally gained experience as a HR Business Partner within environments such as; Law/Legal, Banking, Financial Services, Accountancy, Consultancy etc Travel will be minimal but may be required for very short periods. A new service management tool was introduced into the business in 2018 and this role requires someone to champion the support service across the business, drive cultural change with a real focus on customer service. Core skills for the role are: Proven experience as a Service Desk Team Lead in a similar sized user-based organisation Work alongside and with other teams and champion the support service Lead support desk activities including VIP support, incident management, rotas, KPI/SLA's, standards Technical - You do not have come from an IT Support role as the role is not hands-on, but it will be helpful.
