Your Role: You will be responsible for developing analytical solutions using statistical algorithms and modern techniques for the analysis of big data using relevant industry tools. Applying your problem-solving skills to conduct business insight by analysing data and reporting back solutions in a concise manner to senior partners across the business. You will also need to apply your industry knowledge whilst communicating with customers to understand their needs to present the suitable solution fitting of their business strategy. Apply your wider industry knowledge of best practice and algorithms to aid in improving customer analytics or creating new ones to offer as a prototype. You will be communicating results to non-technical stakeholders, requiring the creation of documents and presentations for individual projects. This requires you to carry out frequent peer reviews developed by your team. You will have: A strong background in predictive modelling within financial services for B2C or B2B Previous experience in the development of risk models, credit and market (Portfolio management, scorecards, IRB (PD, EAD, LGD), VaR, response and retention) in line with Bureau data. Have previous statistical experience working with clients in retail and commercial companies. Be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of banking products: Unsecured and secured. A strong academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer science or Engineering.
