My Leeds based client is looking for a Case Administrator to start ASAP (inside IR35). You will be responsible to maintain supply of medical devices and clinical consumables. You will also be responsible for providing support to the investigation and resolution of complex supply cases, to ensure the case team can work quickly and efficiently to achieve outcomes as efficiently as possible. Key responsibilities and tasks include: Arranging key meetings and calls with determined Core Response Teams Monitoring next steps and ensuring they are followed up to closure Ensuring case notes are maintained and up to date on the case management database Ensuring reporting deadlines are met by the team You will be responsible for monitoring cases with other members of the case team, arranging key meetings to ensure the appropriate stakeholder interaction takes place, as well as ensuring information management for each case is captured appropriately.

My London based client is looking for a MARC Team Manager to start ASAP. The client is looking to enhance there operations capability to assure the continuity of supply of medical products, and support prompt resolution of potential major issues. You will provide insight within the Operational Centre team in support of the national contingency plans that will assure the client has access to the products it needs. You will be responsible for delievering timely data driven insights through a daily situation report that will aid strategic decision making. The role will also include the management of the MARC Analysts wo will be investigating low priority issues. Key responsibilities and tasks include: Drafting and finalising a daily situation report to be shared with the senior leadership team Responding to requests from senior leadership relating to the situation reports provided Interacting with other senior stakeholders as required Reviewing the investigation of low priority issues completed by the MARC Analysts Managing and supporting in the development of junior staff
