For my Client, big organization from education industry, I am currently looking for IT Office Administrator. Client is looking for someone to hire at the bottom rate first. Purpose of the role: To provide a flexible range of administration and analysis to support the activities and duties of the PA to CIO and support the role holder with general PA/administrative duties across the IT Directorate. Responsibilities: * Organising conferences and events for the Directorate * Booking domestic and international travel and accommodation * Raising purchase orders * Conducting analysis across the IT domain, including fact-finding and producing results using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or other office applications * Support the development and delivery of IT communications materials (including presentations, training, Intranet and SharePoint content) * Support various administrative tasks across the Office of the CIO team (including providing cover for the IT PA to the CIO as required) * Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, packages, letters etc) * Act as Teamseer Administrator (absence management system) * Minutes and record keeping * Any other ad-hoc tasks within the scope of this role Key skills and experience required * Excellent ability to recall, retrieve and communicate information quickly, clearly, concisely and accurately in verbal and written form * Ability to conduct desk research using electronic and print information resources and the web to produce background briefings and reports.
