Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager and working as part of the UK Graduate Recruitment team, the key responsibilities will be graduate recruitment, building and maintaining relationships with candidates - guiding them through the end to end recruitment process. Fast-track career progression is a key focus at FDM as we are seeking individuals who are excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic driven environment. Your career will start off on the graduate recruitment team learning the business and how we find and attract our graduates. Depending on performance there are various different avenues you can progress within the business. Duties & Responsibilities • Dedicated to career progression within FDM • Sourcing candidates through a variety of different internal and external channels • Cold calling • Able to work under pressure • Management of email and telephone correspondence with candidates • Support with open evenings • Confident with the ability to build rapport • Accurate records of all interactions with candidates • Screening, interviewing, hiring and on boarding • Support with assessment centres, when needed (Remote assessment centres) • Manage recruitment targets and KPIs Essential Criteria • Educated to Degree level (or relevant related experience) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ambitious and target driven • Excellent time management abilities • Professional approach • Fully IT literate • The ability to work in fast paced and demanding environment • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative • Able to build effective professional relationships internally and externally • A good sense of humour and to be a team player Desirable Criteria (not essential) • Experience of working in a target based environment • Good understanding of the IT industry and graduate market FDM Group is committed to equal opportunities and welcomes applications that reflect the diversity of our wider community.
