Recruitment Partner - 9 Month FTC - West London This opportunity will be provinding maternity cover for 9 months and support the Head office functions of a very interesting Global organisation. You will support HR, finance, procurement etc. You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the recruitment into these functions and have line management responsibility of a recruitment advisor. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Support the business in effective end-to-end recruitment for roles Work closely with the business on Strategic Resourcing activity to define both short and long term resource plans External market insight and direct sourcing - eg database mining, specialist job board posting, LinkedIn search, social media, networking Create a pipeline of talented candidates to meet forecast needs Support and advise hiring managers and HR colleagues in identifying and advising on the most effective sourcing and attraction method Lead Campaign kick-off meetings and coach/support managers through an effective recruitment campaign Key Experiences: Line management responsibility of at least 1 person in a recruitment role Experience hiring through corporate functions Direct sourcing capability 3rd party supplier management Ideally experience of sourcing roles internationally Recruitment Partner - 9 Month FTC - West London
