Talent international has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join a fast paced and growing in-house Recruitment team of a FTSE 100 client based in Coventry. The Recruitment Advisor will be trusted by internal stakeholders and seek to build/develop firm -wide relationships. Capable of effectively managing a portfolio of Business Operations vacancies, the successful candidate will provide advice and support to internal stakeholders in relation to candidate attraction; brief agencies regarding recruitment needs; assist pre-selection by screening CVs; facilitate the interview process and manage offers. Key Responsibilities Building Relationships with Key stakeholders in the business Ensuring the Clients group of companies attract and retain the best candidates in the market Overseeing the recruitment process nationally Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Assisting with implementing sourcing strategies for different practice areas and geographical locations across the Our clients group of companies Actively sourcing candidates through appropriate channels including social media, proactive direct engagement and agency contacts Maintaining and developing relationships with our preferred agency suppliers and ensuring the effective use of the Applicant Tracking System Ensuring the Clients brand and ethos is upheld through our talent attraction and on boarding process Exploring market best practice in recruitment and staffing across the sectors in which the company operates. Talent pooling and utilising this resource effectively Travelling to the other client offices as may be required Experience Have experience working in an Internal/Agency recruitment environment Knowledge and experience of direct sourcing and market mapping Experience of working and building rapport with all stakeholders, internal and external Ability to work as part of a team, effectively communicate, influence and negotiate at all levels Excellent organisation/time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Exceptional interpersonal skills A proactive approach to all work, with a "can do" attitude and self-motivation The ability to use initiative, find commercial solutions and deliver 100% internal/external client satisfaction at all times.
