Needing someone who is flexible and can work up until 10pm. Have proven Management experience, contact centre is preferred but not essential and People Management is a must please. Working past 8pm will give them a 6 % increase on their salary. This is an opportunity to be part of a brand new team being set up to support one of the long standing clients. As a Team Manager on this team you will be responsible for delivering a critical service to the client over 7 days a week, between the hours of 7am-11pm. The role will involve the management and support of the agents, direct liaison with the client and the service delivery to the client. You will be able to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills, have personal computer experience is essential, Experience with complex communication network is preferred. be able tot regularly use various computerised systems for tracking performance and gathering, and/or troubleshooting as needed. Require to have extensive exempt level coaching/developing skills and knowledge of company, products and/or services. Also have financial service experience is preferred but not essential. This role is a 12 week temp assignment, paying £8.50 per hour, due to start on Tuesday 28th May 2019.- There may be a possibility for this role to be become permanent at the end of the assignment. Our client is a looking for people that are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. Responsibilities: The Customer service team are responsible for servicing leading investment clients, and their customers. If you are looking for sales this is not for you. In this role you will have the opportunity to answer incoming telephone queries form a wide variety of callers such as clients, IFA's (Independent Financial Advisors), investors and other financial institutions. You will aid with account servicing questions on the phone and raise appropriate work, to request investigations, give portfolio valuations and update customer account details. Within this role you will gain a great understanding of the different areas of the business, having to be aware of a great number of different processes and procedures across the organisation. - You will gain a great understanding of the different investment products we work with, such as ISA's, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts and OEIC's. Training: We will provide you the training (paid) to help you gain the skills and confidence required. Working hours: • 37.5 hours per week • 9.00am- 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) however we do ask that you are flexible • 30 minute lunch break (scheduled) • 2 x 10 minutes (scheduled) The team: You will be joining a great team environment where you will not only develop your skills but also friendships that will last lifetime.
