Here at Colchester United Football Club we want to enhance our recruitment department. We are looking to expand on our existing team of scouts to help the recruitment department identify the best players in the leagues and areas we cover. All scouts are requested to have previous experience within football, whether at an amateur or professional club, as a coach, scout or administrator and should be willing to attend designated matches on Saturday or Sunday. All scouts will need to have a valid CRB check and become a part of the clubs scouting policy. Scouts will also be given a training programme which will be led by the existing scouts. Job Description: Welcome and serve customers to run a successful cafe/catering operation. To implement, maintain and develop the highest standards of customer service at all times. To prepare food and drinks, clean equipment and maintain a clean tidy work area to the highest hygiene standards. Job Role The successful candidate will be required to make multiple trips between Tiptree, Colchester and Shenfield (Essex) within the hours of 4pm and 10pm, the timetable would be similar to the below: 4pm : Collect a sixteen-seater minibus in Tiptree, Essex and drive to Shenfield Train Station, Essex 5pm : Collect Colchester United Academy players from Shenfield Train Station, register them and drive to Shrub End Playing Fields in Colchester, Essex 5.45pm : Arrive at Shrub End (Colchester) 8.15pm : Take Colchester United Academy players back to Shenfield Train Station and drop them off 9pm : Drop academy players off at Shenfield Station then drive back to Tiptree 10pm : Return minibus to Tiptree Candidate Requirements Aged 21 or older with a D1 (minibus) licence for at least two years OR A clean driving licence and passed driving test before January 1st 1997 FA approved DBS Check Wage : £80 per day Weeks : 30 estimated (September - May but excluding School Holidays and half-term)
