The successful candidate will be assigned an existing and major customer from the Financial Services sector. Due to the nature of the work, we are happy to consider someone that has either been working in the IT Consultancy or Employment Agency sector who offers proven experience of maintaining and developing firm, trusting and long term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and consultants. Or a Senior Recruitment Consultant or possibly even a Branch Manager who has been accountable for securing new clients as well as expanding the business opportunities within the existing client base Or a Business Development Manager/Sales Manager who has been accountable for not only opening doors to new clients, but also expanding the firms presence and services within existing client sites. The role will involve identifying main client stakeholders and decision makers, with the aim of not only maintaining/managing existing business, but also increasing the presence of the firm and its services across the rest of the client site. Understands the importance of providing the highest level of service possible to the customer. Arranging and attending regular meetings with both business decision makers as well as existing consultants. Candidates stemming from the Recruitment/Resourcing Sector need to offer experience of covering the entire recruitment life cycle for roles generated by clients within the Account Managers portfolio, as well as positions arising from new consultancy business secured which could be in the form of IT teams, managed service personnel, etc. From an internal perspective, accustomed to working collaboratively with all colleagues to ensure internal onboarding processes and procedures are optimised and met.
