Receptionist - MS Office/Outlook/Contract/London International IT company require an experienced receptionist for an initial 9 Month contract based in London. Duties to include: *Assisting the Office Manager and team with day to day running of the office *Meeting and greeting clients. *Answering and forwarding phone calls. *Screening phone calls. *Booking meeting rooms. Organise catering when required. *Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries, arranging couriers. *Ordering Stationary supplies. *Monitor cleaning team and other suppliers. *Making sure the H&S maintenance is up to date, Fire Warden, first aid training, PAT testing. *Keeping the reception area and main office tidy, making sure ISO responsibilities are adhered to and office equipment is maintained by complying with procedures and regulations. *Liaise with landlord for fixture and fitting maintenance if required. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Patient Flexible and proactive approach "Completer/Finisher" - takes pride in work Good attention to detail and the ability to assimilate information quickly An active listener Perfectly at ease at all levels of the organisation: can interface smoothly with top management but also communicate effectively at different levels in the organisation. Well balanced personality, can operate well under budget and time pressure. Experience with MS Office and Outlook.
