You'll work on ground-breaking digital technology and be required to translate detailed technical content in to easy to understand management and user level documentation for a range of internal and external audiences. What's needed: Solid experience as a technical author within a telecoms, software development or similar environment. The ability to write technical descriptions that will be easily understood by non-technical audiences. A clear and concise writing style. An analytical mind and an inquisitive nature, with a curiosity about how things work. An understanding of the software development life cycle. You will be updating the company's user manual, developer guides, and release documents. You will also work with other product and project teams in a variety of roles.
