Overall purpose of this role is to Provide support to HR Business Partners and business clients in delivery of year end compensation process and provide advice on policy and procedures. Provide technical advice on equity and deferred compensation plan rules, particularly with reference to year end annual awards and ad hoc awards. Present reward related topics to HRBPs, Human Resources Advisor (HRA) and Business Clients to build and transfer knowledge of Reward products and processes.
