Our Ground Transportation Systems (GTS) business has a fantastic opportunity for a Subcontract Manager to join our team. You will be working on significant infrastructure projects . This is a vital role that sits within the project team to lead the contractual and commercial management of critical subcontractors. You will play a key role within the project team supporting the procurement team, commercial team and the project team to ensure that sub-contracts are correctly administered and reflected in any commercial negotiations with the customer. This position includes overseeing the performance of the subcontractors. It is essential that you have subcontracts / contract management experience. You will be a self starter with a passion for delivering. We are looking for an individual who has NEC contract experience, competent with finance management reporting, presentations as well as being proficient in financial systems, contract administration systems and Microsoft Office. You will be a leader and strong negotiator with the ability to influence people at all levels. Experience/Skills Contract Management of major subcontracts, high in value (in excess of £5m), high in complexity and high in risk.
