Why is our Associate Communications Specialist role the next step for you? The Worldpay Associate Communications Specialist position plays a critical role in building ongoing customer relationships by providing easy to understand and timely messaging to support customers through the migration to and impacts of the New Acquiring Platform. Also looking after the internal communications programme to ensure members of the Corporate Account Management, Sales and Operational teams are well informed on the programme's progress. How will you add value on a day-to-day basis? You will work in conjunction with the UK Customer Readiness team to develop a successful migration, incident and impact communications for customers. You will also write, edit, execute and send customer communication documents and programs. A key part of this role will be to maintain dashboards by assigned audience type; email fatigue measurement/management. Ensuring brand consistency in image and voice in all communication touch points. The right candidate will also handle internal comms campaigns. What will make you the ideal candidate? Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field is essential as well as, Two to five years job related work experience required in Marketing or similar competency, with at least 2 years in communications. You will be required to have excellent research, writing and editorial skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex or technical information to the public. The ability to influence and partner within an organisation. Having experience in technical communication will also be essential for this role. You must have the ability to handle conflicts and successfully manage multiple projects concurrently. How is Worldpay changing the world?
