Why is our Associate Communications Specialist role the next step for you? The Worldpay Associate Communications Specialist position plays a critical role in building ongoing customer relationships by providing easy to understand and timely messaging to support customers through the migration to and impacts of the New Acquiring Platform. Also looking after the internal communications programme to ensure members of the Corporate Account Management, Sales and Operational teams are well informed on the programme's progress. How will you add value on a day-to-day basis? You will work in conjunction with the UK Customer Readiness team to develop a successful migration, incident and impact communications for customers. You will also write, edit, execute and send customer communication documents and programs. A key part of this role will be to maintain dashboards by assigned audience type; email fatigue measurement/management. Ensuring brand consistency in image and voice in all communication touch points. The right candidate will also handle internal comms campaigns. What will make you the ideal candidate? Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field is essential as well as, Two to five years job related work experience required in Marketing or similar competency, with at least 2 years in communications. You will be required to have excellent research, writing and editorial skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex or technical information to the public. The ability to influence and partner within an organisation. Having experience in technical communication will also be essential for this role. Why is our Strategy Manager the next step for you? The purpose of the Strategy Manager role is to support the Commercial Development in developing the overall strategy for Worldpay in the UK and across Europe and in identifying and commercialising new product and operational improvement opportunities. The role has four areas of responsibilities: - Structure and conduct problem solving on strategic issues - Lead operational improvement projects and support other ad hoc strategic projects - Undertake partnerships & commercialisation initiatives - Provide ad-hoc support for exec-level presentations How will you add value on a day-to-day basis? You will work on the major strategic issues that will shape Worldpay UK&EU in the next 2-5 years by: * Driving the developing of the UK&EU strategy and the strategic planning process for the line of business. You will be bringing in depth understanding of market / customer / competitive trends and a holistic view of performance across the business, synthesizing the insights and working with the UK&EU Executive team to translate findings into operating plans * Leading the structuring and problem solving of complex strategic business issues in an analytical manner to recommend on strategic challenges.
