Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for a Senior HR Officer on a fixed term contract until December 2019. You will be supporting the line managers and the organisation as a whole by providing advice in relation to organisational change and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues. The role will also involve leading the HR aspect of specific work streams of organisational transformation, including service reviews and redesigns, and providing professional advice to managers through a best practice case management approach to absence, welfare, discipline and grievance. Essential skills: * Experience of discipline, grievance, investigations and absence management procedures. * Knowledge of application of terms and conditions * Knowledge of legislative framework impacting on HR issues. * Experience in change management including service redesigns and reviews * Chartered membership of CIPD would be highly advantageous This is an urgent requirement, with interviews and start date to be arranged at short notice.
