I am seeking a Senior Global Mobility Consultant for my client operating within the financial services sector. The role is approximately a 5-6 month interim contract responsible for the facilitation of the movement of global talent to support company needs. This role is required on an interim bases specifically focused around supporting a peak in demand in this space due to Brexit. I am therefore seeking someone who ideally has expertise in Global Mobility within Europe. Within the organisation, the global mobility team is business aligned rather that regionally aligned and so the role will not exclusively be focused in on Europe. The role act as the project manager for international assignments for both internal and external candidates and will be responsible for: Consulting with the business and provide subject matter expertise on talent movement and immigration strategies Provide resolution and advice around complex issues arising from international assignments and cross border talent Advise business leader on global mobility and/or immigration processes and practices Drive continuous improvement in all global mobility processes Oversee the end to end management of assignments working with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transition This role requires someone who can hit the floor running and will therefore have ideally operated in the global mobility space ideally covering Europe within a fast pace complex matrix organisation.
