Digital Optimisation Manager - CRO - Manchester - £60,000 Digital Optimisation Manager with experience of website analytics, CRO (Conversion rate optimisation), UX and website management from a UX perspective. This Manchester based role has a big emphasise on the management of the day to day delivery of CRO campaigns and web analytics with then having the opportunity to influence the UX and customer journey of the websites. You will work Work alongside Development and Design teams to implement A/B and multivariate tests and conduct multi device usability audits Experience required: Have 3+ years in digital analytics and data/insights and experience of how to manage / run CRO programs Expert use of customer experience platforms, eg Optimizely, and Google Analytics Proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, crazyegg) A passion for creating a great user experience Worked Agency or Client side within a dedicated CRO or Web Analytics, UX or Web Management An in-depth understanding of the wire framing and UX process Hands on experience using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and a deep understanding of best conversion practices Digital Optimisation Manager Role: You will run continual analysis and testing on multiple websites (MVT, AB, Google Analytics etc.), and link this into recommendations for the wider marketing & UX design function. This includes owning the conversion rate metric across the business and ensure the daily conversion rate targets are being hit. Identify new conversion opportunities to enhance commercial returns and feeding the insight in numerous departments to drive performance improvements Manager all CRO projects from creating tests, developing insight reports and briefing optimal implementations Identify & test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate performance, free growth, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics, feeding the Support the design of new customer journeys and optimise existing sites, working with internal teams to ensure all product journeys are consistent, optimised and converting at best My client is looking to pay a starting salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits.
