A Big 4 consultancy are currently seeking a Management Consultant to join their growing M&A team based in London who focus on Manufacturing, Industrial Products and Energy industries. The team specialise in assisting their clients to achieve maximum value on their deal transactions, pre and post deal, and supporting complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Human Capital, and other Back Office functions. The role: This individual will be joining experienced professionals who have held senior positions in large corporates and consulting firms, working with clients to solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities will include the likes of: Leading engagements and the management of client portfolios Active involvement in business development Problem solving and developing strategies to solve complex challenges Contribute to the development of the teams technical acumen Training, development and supervising junior team members Typical engagements will include the likes of: Buy and sell side operational due diligence Carve out and divestment M&A integration Performance improvement Preferred experience: Bachelors degree and ideally an MBA or Master's degree. Held an operational management or professional services role or with significant experience within the manufacturing or Industrial Products industry Experience of leading at least one of the following; change projects, business improvement, cost reduction, operational due diligence or operational due-diligence. Ideally have experience gained from mergers and acquisitions - M&A transformation or divestiture experience, ideally synergy, integration and/or carve-out, and/or change projects Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV.
