A Big 4 management consultancy are currently seeking a Technology Management Consultant to join their growing M&A team based in London. The team specialise in assisting their clients to achieve maximum value on their deal transactions, pre and post deal, across a variety of industries, such as: Financial Services, Media, Healthcare, Pharma, Retail and Industrial. The clients themselves are either Global Corporates or Private Equity funds, with deals ranging from £100 million to £3+ billion. The role: This individual will be joining experienced professionals who have held senior technology positions in large corporates and consulting firms, working with clients to solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities will include the likes of: Leading engagements and the management of client portfolios Active involvement in business development Problem solving and developing strategies to solve complex challenges Contribute to the development of the teams technical acumen Training, development and supervising junior team members Typical engagements will include: Buy and sell side due diligence Carve out and divestment support M&A integration Post-acquisition performance improvement Preferred experience: Bachelors degree and ideally an MBA or Master's degree. 5+ years' of professional technology/digital consulting, ideally strategy and/or CIO advisory. Delivered small projects and working across multiple works streams of larger projects, in a variety of environments.
