Spanish/German speaking Account Manager required for our client, a leading provider of prepaid and credit corporate payment solutions for organisations across Europe. The Account Manager will work as part of the Customer Services team and they will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the prompt resolution of customer problems. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with a rapidly growing, leading edge company in the payments sectors Key responsibilities include: - Main point of contact with strategic customers - Implement and provide Technical support of new products - Build and develop relationship with sales team - Prepare and present customer information, analysis and recommendations The successful Account Manager - Cards, Prepaid, Travel will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in a client-facing role.
