The Role: Ready to raise our brand to the next level? Our Marketing and Communications department is responsible for developing and delivering our School's communication strategy, including the management of corporate and brand communications. You'll be responsible for handling integrated paid media campaigns and supporting the School's strategic priorities through brand awareness and lead acquisition activity. Your role will include: • Building strong relationships with internal partners, media agencies and publishers. • Handling media strategy and contribute to creative development. • Planning integrated, multi-channel global marketing campaigns and executing on time and on budget. • Being responsible for the tracking, optimisation, analysis and reporting of all paid advertising campaigns. • Researching advertising industry and martech trends to always stay up-to-date. • Managing your team, including role modelling the behaviour expected and setting cultural expectations. Who We Are Looking For • Significant experience in a similar role. • A Bachelor's degree, professional qualification (CIM, IMD, Google Accreditation) or equivalent experience. • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a variety of audiences. • The ability to simplify and explain advertising language and concepts to others. • An eye for detail as well as excellent organisational skills. • An in-depth understanding of paid media and interest in staying up-to-date with developments in paid media. • Experience of leadership or taking the lead on projects and motivating others. • Strong numeracy skills, comfortable dealing with data. Job Details (Up to 12 month Fixed Term Contract) Are you the person that can get our message out there? A dedicated multi-disciplinary research team based at the London Business School, The Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship's primary aim is to generate fresh thinking that creates value. We do so by funding research undertaken by the School faculty and amplifying it through teaching, engaging with executives in the marketplace and sharing it with the wider corporate community. Right now, we're looking for a positive and upbeat individual with a track record in managing and marketing events/projects to help us get our voice heard. The Role Do you have what it takes to seize the initiative and get things done? Your challenge? To develop and manage a variety of programmes and communication channels which will enhance the profile of the Institute. That will involve co-ordinating, and sometimes managing, peers and support roles in areas like alumni relations and corporate sponsorship and Marcomms (particularly publications, social media and strategic events), as well as Subject Area assistants and faculty at all levels. You'll also: * Identify opportunities and manage the development of digital content and campaigns for internal and external digital communication channels. * Execute a rolling plan of outreach initiatives for discussion by Institute stakeholders. * Maintain and continually develop our website and new event pages. * Organise and manage regular events, sometimes for over 100 people, and act as overall project manager for major awards. * Develop, implement and review digital content and social media strategies. * Maintain and build databases drawing on past events, debrief subscribers, Alumni and ExecEd contacts of relevant senior level practitioners and academic thought leaders. * Manage marketing activity, including creating marketing collateral. * Track, review, analyse and report performance metrics across social media, websites, email and digital marketing campaigns and events. * Engage external academic and practitioner thought-leader audiences (for example the Ditchley Academic Symposium, Research and book launches).
