Oracle Payroll Specialist/Payroll Manager 6 months interim (potential for a permanent position thereafter or fixed term if this is of interest) Cheshire Rates - negotiable depending on skills and experience ASAP START (Please note security police vetting will need to be undergone upon successful selection) Role My client requires an Oracle Payroll Manager to come on board and help establish policies, procedures, regulatory frameworks for a large system implementation due to go live in April 2019. The implementation will be moving from Oracle E-business Suite to Oracle Fusion. The individual will need to evidence previous experience of where you have provided leadership, team management, governance, established new policies, procedures, regulatory frameworks and training across all teams (on and offsite). Technical Skills Extensive Payroll Management experience Oracle E-business Suite - advantageous Oracle Fusion - advantageous Established and implemented new regulatory frameworks, policies & procedures. Provided leadership for a number of Payroll System Implementations.
