The Internal Recruiter should come from a 360-recruitment background, boast strong sales skills and be experienced in the Tech market specifically; software development essential. This is a varied role covering one off recruitment campaigns (both contract and permanent), organising inductions and training sessions, as well as using your sales skills to generate new clients to aid the consultancy side of the business, therefore a background in business development is key. Skills and experience for the Technology Internal Recruiter: 360 experience, including successful business development Track record of delivering within the Technology market, specifically with software development Excellent organisation skills Self-starter with a desire to help a company grow Outstanding client relationship skills, strong at building relationships from scratch Good track record across the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, with experience of using various and creative methods to attract talent and new business This role will perfectly suit a talented Technology Internal Recruiter with the desire to use their 360 experience in an in-house role, to help a company grow and become even better at what they do, whilst expanding their customer base.
