Service Delivery Manager (IT Security) - Edinburgh Excellent opportunity with ECS Security to join a rapidly expanding business, focusing on IT Security consultancy within the Enterprise. You will be accountable for managing service delivery to one or more FTSE 100/250 client accounts. Ensuring that delivery is to plan, budget and expected/committed quality. The focal point for all delivery related matters and point of liaison between customer, and internal groups such as sales, professional and managed services, senior management. Principal Accountabilities: Accountable for managing service delivery to client accounts. Responsible for P&L management of professional services and managed services delivery at a client level. Ensures the information systems, reporting and the governance review structures are in place to effectively manage delivery risk for client and ECS. Tracks progress against deliverables, internal ECS cost models, SLAs and client expectations to provide effective management reporting within ECS and appropriate engagement and escalation with senior management. Required Experience: Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise, within a range of technology service areas Experience of delivering enterprise scale programmes and/or managing larger enterprises. Proven application of core project management principles to project or managed service based delivery, involving customer and supplier deliverables and dependencies. Demonstrable experience of working with complex IT services and projects.
