This is a permanent role based in Berkshire Responsibilities - Technical Operations Manager The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction by driving improvements in change and incident management as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes and addressing operational inefficiencies. Working closely with the Service Delivery team the Technical Operations Manager will act as a Support Advocate and will strive to ensure SLA's are met and projects are delivered correctly. The Technical Operations Manager will be the first point of contact for customers in Major Incidents and will strive to be proactive in developing service improvements. The Technical Operations Manager will be providing technical oversight to a team of 24x7 engineers and will be responsible for prioritising and delegating tasks to the team in order to meet customer requirements.
