The successful CRM Manager will be joining a rapidly growing E-commerce company that provides access to a variety of Data sets and the responsibility to manage and drive CRM strategy for an established top tier brand. Role Own campaigns from end to end Generating consistent channel growth and improving customer life cycle Developing multi-channel communication strategy across SMS, emails and push notifications Identifying opportunities for target customer segmentation Analytical support to the marketing function to help drive digital engagement Improving the customer experience management function and analysis of the database using CRM Improving KPI's and providing support for the Marketing team Desired Skills 3+ Years of CRM experience Ability to manage multiple projects Multichannel communication strategy experience Experience of working with ESP systems such as (AWeber, GetResponse, MailChimp) Must be skilled in Test & Learn strategy techniques Digital Marketing experience Educated to a degree level How to Apply Please do not delay in applying for this excellent opportunity.
